Individual Psychometric Assessments Junior Packages
While many schools, universities and even other career counselling professionals rely solely on aptitude assessments to assist with career decisions, Michelle believes that gaining an idea of the "bigger picture" in terms of who the student is, is essential. For this reason, she has structured several assessment packages that aim to tailor the assessment process to the individual needs of the student.
Michelle uses the following standardised psychometric assessment measures:
Jung Personality Questionnaire (JPQ)
Self-Directed Search (SDS)
South African Vocational Interest Inventory (SAVII)
Values Scale (VS)
Differential Aptitude Test S or L (DAT-S / DAT-L)
All packages below include the following:
Pre-assessment consultation on the day of assessments.
Narrative career counselling process.
All assessments, as specified.
Comprehensive, written feedback report (available digitally on request).
A 45-minute feedback consultation with parents/guardians following assessments.
